Manuel Alberto Morcote is responsible for Business Development Activities and General Operational Support. Responsibilities include identifying and managing new business opportunities and structuring solutions for existing customers and prospects. In addition he is also responsible for software development projects for NouvaTech's clients and provides sales support to existing accounts. Mr. Morcote has over 25 years of experience working for Multi-National Companies in the United States and Puerto Rico.

Robert Thompson is responsible for the Software Development Center activities. Responsibilities include managing different software development projects for NouvaTech's clients, provide support to hosted systems, project estimation (time & cost) and SQA. Mr. Thompson has over 30 years of experience working for Multi-National Companies. Mr. Thompson will directly oversee project quality assurance, use of project methodologies and all facets of project and services QA.

Hernan Bula Gonzalez is responsible for the Software Development activities. Responsibilities include managing different software development projects for NouvaTech's clients, provide support to existing systems, and Final Project Delivery. Mr. Bula has over 30 years of experience working in the development of Client/Server, Web and Mobile Applications. 

Mrs. Gutierrez is responsible for Sales and Marketing of Nouvatech's Products and Services. Responsibilities include customer outreach and customer relations management. She has extensive sales experience for the financial and IT industries.
